Qualifications

• Coachable with drive
• Proven sales success in prospecting and closing

• Ability to be measured by output: activity, close rate, commissions

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
• Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
