Job summary

The Collection, LLC. is seeking a Senior Porsche Brand Leader in Coral Gables, FL to drive performance and brand stewardship across a multi-brand luxury dealership. You will manage revenue, margins, and expenses while mentoring a high-performing team and ensuring an elevated guest experience.

You will act as the Porsche ambassador, coordinate with North America, and align Porsche objectives with the broader dealership strategy, delivering sustainable growth and best-in-class operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Management or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience in luxury automotive retail; Porsche preferred.
• Proven full P&L ownership and multi-department operational leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to interpret performance data.
• Experience leading within a multi-brand dealership or enterprise retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead Porsche brand within a multi-brand dealership to drive growth and guest experience.
• Own P&L for the Porsche division, including budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
• Oversee operations, KPIs, controls, and deal accuracy with F&I coordination.
• Drive sales, service, retention, and accessory performance while maintaining brand standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Porsche leadership team; oversee hiring and development.
• Engage top clients and ensure an elevated Porsche client journey from acquisition to service.
• Collaborate with executives across brands to align with enterprise goals.
