Porsche leadership opportunity within a premier multi-brand dealership. This role oversees the Porsche division with full P&L ownership, directing sales, service, parts, and F&I while ensuring brand exclusivity and elevated guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of senior leadership in luxury automotive retail, strong financial acumen, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or management preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience within luxury automotive retail; Porsche experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of full P&L ownership and multi-department operational leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex performance data.
• Experience leading within a multi-brand dealership or enterprise retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior executive authority for the Porsche brand within a multi-brand dealership environment.
• Protect and elevate Porsche’s brand identity, standards, and exclusivity across all touchpoints.
• Serve as primary liaison with Porsche Cars North America for standards, performance, and reporting.
• Maintain complete profit-and-loss responsibility for the Porsche division including sales, service, parts, and F&I.
• Develop, manage, and execute annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
• Provide direct oversight of all Porsche operations, ensuring efficiency and luxury standards.
• Establish KPIs, internal controls, and SOPs; oversee deal accuracy and F&I penetration.
• Manage vehicle stock levels and showroom merchandising; optimize pricing and allocation.
