Qualifications

Proven track record in automotive sales and luxury client closing.
Demonstrated ability to desk deals, objections, and close high-line/luxury clientele.
Strong digital fluency across CRM and lead management platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead daily sales operations on the floor, desking deals, closing customers, and managing sales pipeline.
Coach the sales team on internet, phone, and text lead responses within the CRM.
Conduct daily/weekly coaching sessions and role-play objection handling and closing techniques.
Maintain aggressive floor control and ensure luxury-level customer experience.
Drive inventory turn, gross profit retention, and finance penetration targets with executive management.
Create a high-energy, high-accountability environment focused on winning and team success.
