Porsche Audi Burlingame is seeking a high-energy Sales Manager to lead our luxury sales floor on the Bay Area. You will drive lead conversion, coach reps, and close high-line/luxury deals in a hands-on fashion, not from behind a desk.

Your leadership on the showroom floor, mastery of digital retail, and relentless pursuit of winning will help elevate the team's performance and profitability while delivering an exceptional luxury buying experience.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience with internet/CRM lead management.
• Proven desk deals, objections, and closing high-line/luxury clients.
• Strong digital fluency in CRM and lead management tools.
• Excellent communication, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
• High ethical standards and relentless work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales operations on the floor, desking deals, closing customers, and managing pipeline.
• Monitor and coach team on internet, phone, and text leads within the CRM.
• Conduct daily/weekly coaching, role-play objections, and follow-up.
• Maintain aggressive floor control and ensure luxury-level customer experience.
• Drive inventory turns, gross profit retention, and finance penetration with execs.
• Create a high-accountability, high-energy environment focused on winning.
