Job summary

Brobston Group’s Vacaville location seeks a Sales Supervisor to help manage day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on coaching our team, maintaining store standards, and building strong client relationships through styling guidance and brand knowledge.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail or customer service, with leadership experience and proven ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred.
Experience generating sales and building client relationships.
Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
Computer skills, including experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
Lead the sales floor to provide elevated customer experiences and build lasting client relationships.
Share styling expertise, seasonal trends, product knowledge, and brand knowledge with clients.
Initiate client outreach and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
Support store opening and closing procedures and keep the sales floor and stockroom organized.
Partner with management to implement policies, procedures, and company initiatives.
