Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor for our Vacaville Premium Outlets store to lead daily operations, drive sales, and elevate the customer experience.

You will coach the sales team, apply product knowledge and styling expertise, and ensure store standards are met while building lasting client relationships.

This role requires at least 3 years in retail, strong leadership, exceptional communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
• Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience generating sales and building client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals and other commercial KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor and provide an elevated, customer-first experience.
• Use styling expertise, trend knowledge, and product knowledge to build sales and client relationships.
• Follow up on client inquiries, sales, and events, and support repeat business.
• Open and close the store, keep sales and stock areas organized, and follow company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management and colleagues to support store initiatives and standards.
