Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 6 months supervisory experience.
• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Prior work experience in the service industry preferred.
• Retail training completion required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operation and sales performance to meet or exceed budget.
• Use the cash register to process sales, voids, returns, exchanges and credits.
• Ensure proper rotation of store merchandise and maintain a clean, presentable store.
• Act as a supervisor when assigned by the Store Manager or Sales Floor Manager.
• Monitor floor Associates and assist in training and mentoring as needed.
