Job summary

Goodwill South Florida is seeking a Floor Lead to support the Supervisor and Assistant Store Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will oversee the sales floor, maintain visual standards, and manage front-end operations with a focus on inventory, signage, and floor presentation.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, retail and supervisory experience, strong math, and bilingual abilities (English/Spanish preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years retail experience and 1 year supervisory preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales floor, front-end, and visual presentation to maximize sales.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales goals and maintain customer service standards.
• Supervise cash handling, audits, and staff scheduling.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and proper loss prevention.
• Mentor and motivate front end staff to maintain morale.
