Goodwill South Florida is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager across operations, finance, personnel, and guest experience. You will help drive sales through stock control, merchandising, and efficient front-end processing, while training staff and upholding company policies.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and bilingual communication where possible.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum lead/supervisory experience with 3–10 team members.
• Knowledge of profit and loss, sales, or cost management accountability.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers, donors, and employees.
• High integrity and business ethics.
• Excellent organization and communication skills; strong math abilities.
• Proficient in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Computer literate and able to operate standard software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all store operations.
• Open/close store, manage banking, cash registers, and reports.
• Schedule staff and ensure customer service standards are met.
• Maintain loss prevention, security systems, and safety procedures.
• Train and cross-train staff; ensure policies are followed.
• Oversee processing, cashiering, sales floor, and visual merchandising.
