Qualifications

• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide resources and tools to support those assisting customers to deliver the best service.
• Assist with down stocking and area recovery and input on merchandising decisions.
• Monitor use of store power equipment and coach employees on safe behaviors and lifting techniques.
• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver an outstanding customer experience, including coaching, training, delegation, and performance management.
