Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor. You will lead by example, coach team members, and deliver warm, personalized service while upholding brand standards and inclusive culture.

In this role you will manage opening/closing shifts, support inventory and restocks, and help the leadership team meet store KPIs. The position requires a passion for fashion, strong communication, and the ability to move proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail teams, preferably fashion.
• Strong leadership and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-floor operations and model outstanding customer service.
