Integrated Power Services is seeking a Sales Production Coordinator in Visalia, CA to connect sales, shop floor, and Field Service for E-House, Switchboard, MCC production. You will ensure orders are built accurately and delivery stays on time.

The role requires detail-oriented, organized teamwork, ability to manage changing priorities, and strong communication with Sales, shop personnel, Field Service techs, and customers. This is an on-site position in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2–5 years in production planning, scheduling, order coordination, or sales support.
• Experience with electrical equipment like switchgear, switchboards, MCCs, or control panels preferred.
• Experience scheduling or dispatching Field Service technicians preferred.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, BOMs, and customer specs.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and Excel required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple orders and field jobs.

Responsabilidades

• Review shop capacity and advise on build slots before orders are committed.
• Verify tickets for accuracy: specs, BOMs, pricing, ship dates before release.
• Coordinate with Sales to fix issues and clarify questions on tickets.
• Set and communicate realistic lead times based on capacity and materials.
• Maintain and adjust the production schedule as orders change.
• Schedule Field Service jobs to align with technician availability and site needs.
• Align Field Service with production so equipment is ready before field work.
• Confirm job scope, access, PPE and safety with customers before dispatch.
• Serve as main liaison between Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Shipping, and Field Service.
• Notify teams of delays or changes and propose solutions.
• Track open orders and Field Service jobs through completion and backlog reporting.
• Support continual improvement of ticket quality and lead times.
