Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business development plans aligned with CGS growth objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across North America.
• Achieve annual sales targets and expand the CGS portfolio.
• Build relationships with C-suite executives, finance leaders, and risk managers.
• Lead broker engagement strategies to strengthen referrals and market visibility.
• Collaborate with underwriting and client service teams to craft compelling proposals.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate CRM forecasting.
• Represent Coface at industry conferences and client events.
