Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Executive to lead a field-based team selling payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions. You will drive sales objectives through strategic coordination with clients, prospects, and partners, while recruiting and coaching sales associates to excel.

You will guide performance, stay ahead of product developments, and represent ADP at events and in demonstrations. This role rewards success with strong compensation, growth opportunities, and industry-leading benefits.

Qualifications

2+ years of business-to-business sales experience; proven client interaction and presentation skills.
Ability to lead and coach a sales team, provide feedback, and develop team members.
