Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hunter Sales Executive to spearhead the expansion of our Radiology Informatics solutions. This role is pivotal in identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and leading initiatives that drive revenue growth within the assigned geographic territory. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of radiology workflows and a relentless drive to exceed sales targets.

Your role:
  • Lead sales efforts related to Vue, Cloud offerings, and Health Suite Imaging (HSI) within the assigned territory.
  • Develop sales strategies collaboratively with Regional Install Base teams, New Business Hunters, Client Executives, and National Account Executives.
  • Travel weekly, with an expectation of at least 60%, and maintain regular engagement with regional teams.
  • Participate in strategic development and training sessions with regional teams.
  • Prepare quarterly forecast rollups, weekly reports, and quarterly business plan presentations.
You're the right fit if:
  • You hold a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or have equivalent experience; 5+ years of technical expertise and strong financial experience preferred.
  • You have 10+ years of experience in Radiology Informatics, with at least 2 years in Cloud Solutions, and experience in sales strategy, account planning, forecasting, training, and financial modeling.
  • You are competitive, with strong presentation and negotiation skills, and a passion for hunting new business and developing talent. Experience selling to CIO, CFO, CEO, and building Enterprise Informatics strategies is required.
  • You can meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodations.
How We Work Together

We value collaboration, with office-based teams working onsite at least 3 days/week. Field roles are primarily outside main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.
