Job description

Job Title: Sales Executive, Radiology Informatics - Net New Logo (US-Remote)

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hunter Sales Executive to spearhead the expansion of our Radiology Informatics solutions. This role is pivotal in identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and leading initiatives that drive revenue growth within the assigned geographic territory. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of radiology workflows and a relentless drive to exceed sales targets.

Your role:

  1. Lead sales efforts related to Vue, Cloud offerings, and Health Suite Imaging (HSI) within the assigned territory.
  2. Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Regional Install Base teams, New Business Hunters, Client Executives, and National Account Executives.
  3. Travel weekly (at least 60%) and maintain regular engagement with regional teams and customers.
  4. Participate in strategic development and training sessions with regional teams.
  5. Prepare quarterly forecast rollups, weekly reports, and present quarterly business plans.

You're the right fit if:

  1. Hold a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or have 5+ years of deep technical expertise; strong financial experience is preferred.
  2. Have 10+ years of experience in Radiology Informatics, with at least 2 years in Cloud Solutions, including sales strategy, account planning, forecasting, training, and financial modeling, with high clinical and technical aptitude.
  3. Are a fierce competitor with a passion for winning, possess strong presentation and negotiation skills, and have experience selling to CIO, CFO, CEO levels, and building enterprise informatics strategies.
  4. Have strong presentation and negotiation skills, a desire to hunt and develop new business, and a passion for mentoring talent.
  5. Can meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements of the role, with or without accommodations.

How we work together

We believe in collaboration. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence. Field roles are primarily outside of main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings range from $260,500 to $306,000 annually, plus company fleet/car, based on performance (85%-120%). Additional benefits include PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more. Details here.
