Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hunter Sales Executive to lead the expansion of our Radiology Informatics solutions. Your focus will be on identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of radiology workflows and a strong drive to exceed sales targets.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead sales efforts related to Vue, Cloud offerings, and Health Suite Imaging (HSI) within the designated territory.
• Collaborate with Regional Install Base teams, New Business Hunters, Client Executives, and National Account Executives to develop sales strategies.
• Travel weekly (at least 60%) for customer meetings and regional team engagements.
• Participate in regular strategic development and training sessions with regional teams.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts, weekly reports, and present quarterly business plans.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or equivalent; 5+ years of technical sales experience preferred.
• 10+ years in Radiology Informatics with at least 2 years in Cloud Solutions; experience in sales strategy, account planning, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Strong presentation, negotiation skills, and a passion for hunting new business. Experience engaging with C-level executives (CIO, CFO, CEO).
• Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for the role.

Work Environment:

This is a field role requiring onsite presence at customer or supplier locations, with a preference for working in-person at least 3 days per week.
