What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and develop a core group of independent agents, optimizing their growth potential
- Prospect for new business and appoint new agents that meet production expectations
- Influence agents to sell and quote Travelers products, executing sales strategies to increase market share
- Complete strategic marketing plans to identify opportunities and develop tactics accordingly
- Provide training and support to agents on Travelers' products and systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience required
- Intermediate knowledge of agency diagnostics and ability to assess agency operations
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver professional presentations
- Strong relationship management skills to work effectively with internal and external customers
- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to exercise decisive judgment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Five years of sales experience or insurance industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Advanced ability to influence sales and motivate agents
- Intermediate technical savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
