Position Overview

Insurance Resourcing LLC is seeking a P&C licensed Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager with experience in large property Senior Living renewals. This remote role with West Coast hours offers an opportunity to advance your career to an Account Executive position within a boutique insurance brokerage specializing in the Senior Living Market. The company is known for creative insurance strategies and data-driven risk management services, growing over 25% annually.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage all account service functions from renewal initiation, including gathering and reviewing client data and renewal materials.
  2. Coordinate renewal strategy meetings and client communication.
  3. Create proposals, analyze quotes, and compare coverage options.
  4. Handle binding processes, endorsements, and invoicing accurately.
  5. Maintain records of expiration dates and manage open items with clients and team members.
  6. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts and billing.
  7. Ensure compliance with Surplus Lines requirements.
  8. Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to facilitate renewals and new business.
Qualifications
  • P&C Insurance License.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in large account senior living or similar real estate/habitation insurance brokerage.
  • Ability to work PST hours and maintain a distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet.
