Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range for this position is a nationwide market range, reflecting salaries across the country. The actual salary will depend on factors such as role scope, location, candidate skills, education, experience, and other employment conditions. Employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentives.

$91,800.00 - $151,600.00

What Is the Opportunity?
Under general supervision, responsible for managing and developing a mid/complex group of agency assignments. Key responsibilities include optimizing growth potential of independent agents, prospecting, appointing new agencies, exceeding growth and profit objectives, utilizing sales tools within a consultative framework, developing competitor intelligence, and collaborating on product, pricing, and agency decisions. This role is fully remote, may include mobile or home-based work, and does not involve managing others.

What Will You Do?

  • Agent Support: Manage complex agency assignments, lead presentations, apply diagnostics, and facilitate agency appointments and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Influencing Sales: Develop profitable agency relationships, influence agents to quote and sell Travelers products, execute growth strategies, and provide consultative solutions.
  • Agency Diagnostics: Create marketing plans, assess agency operations, motivate growth, and implement systematic marketing processes. Handle customer service issues, assist with system training, and identify book transfer opportunities.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • At least five years of sales or insurance experience (preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Intermediate knowledge of agency diagnostics and operational assessment.
  • Advanced influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication, resilience, problem-solving, and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data manipulation.
