Job summary

Webuyanycar is seeking a Sales Executive to be the main contact for customers, arranging appointments, conducting car appraisals, negotiating prices and closing deals. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the branch and delivering top-notch service.

The position offers £28,200 per year as base salary with an OTE of £35,220, a fantastic bonus structure, and a 42.5-hour week on a 5-on/2-off rotating pattern, with weekend work required.

Qualifications

• Must have a current UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branches; be the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.

Job: Sales Executive

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
