Job summary

Webuyanycar in the UK is seeking a Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing network. You will be the main point of contact for customers, drive appraisals, negotiate prices and close deals while delivering first‑class service.

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational pattern, including weekends, with a strong bonus structure based on company performance and clear progression opportunities within a market‑leading brand.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself.
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the smooth running of the branch; you are the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.
