Job summary

We Buy Any Car in the UK is seeking a Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team. You will be the main contact for customers, handle appraisals, negotiate prices and close deals while delivering outstanding service.

You’ll work a 42.5-hour week on a rotating pattern; weekend work is included. A UK driving license is required, with full training provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive appraisals, negotiate prices and close sales while delivering excellent customer service.
• Serve as the main contact for branch customers and ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule appointments, manage diary, and meet targets.
• Coordinate with back-office and transport purchased vehicles when needed.
• Assist with branch finances and daily administrative tasks.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
