Job summary

Webuyanycar is seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be the main contact for customers, buy cars, and drive branch efficiency while handling negotiatons and appraisals.

You will work a 42.5-hour week on a rotational pattern, including weekends, with a base salary of £28,200 per year and a bonus structure featuring a fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance. Training is provided to cover everything you need to know about our cars.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication.
• Ability to work weekends and manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars as part of sales; act as main contact for customers and ensure smooth branch operations.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to secure appointments and meet targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
