Job summary

Upchurch is seeking a Sales Excellence Administrator to partner with the Chief Market Officer and keep the commercial operating system organized, current, and visible across the organization.

The role focuses on administration, coordination, analysis, and visibility of sales processes, forecasts, and account-growth efforts, enabling leaders to rely on consistent information and accountable actions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales or commercial operations roles.
• Experience building and maintaining an operating rhythm across senior stakeholders.
• Strong data interpretation for pipeline, forecast, backlog, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Sales Excellence program and operating routines.
• Maintain annual/quarterly commercial workplan and leadership-ready materials.
• Turn CMO direction into practical meeting materials and follow-up.
• Identify process gaps and present clear next-step recommendations.
