Job summary

Upchurch is seeking a Sales Excellence Administrator in Plano, TX to partner with the Chief Market Officer. This role keeps the sales excellence operating system organized, current, and visible, enabling leaders and sellers to work from a shared commercial rhythm with clear accountability.

The successful candidate will coordinate forecasts, account planning, and performance reporting, while maintaining processes and materials for executive reviews and enterprise account management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales operations or related roles.
• Ability to manage complex operating rhythms across senior stakeholders.
• Strong skills in CRM reporting, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent organization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer the sales excellence operating system.
• Maintain annual and quarterly commercial workplan and calendars.
• Prepare meeting materials, owners, and due dates.
• Identify process gaps and present next-step recommendations.
• Coordinate forecast and performance reporting.
• Facilitate cross‑line-of-business collaboration.
