Job summary

Lineage is seeking an organized Sales Excellence Coordinator/Analyst to support contracting, CPQ processes, and service-code governance. This role collaborates with Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure compliant, accurate commercial execution and continuous improvement across tools and processes.

The ideal candidate balances transactional support with process optimization and seeks broader experience in sales operations and commercial systems within Lineage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 1–3 years in sales operations, contract administration, or related role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests with accuracy and deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, and Operations.
• Detail-oriented with governance, pricing, and contract documentation focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation, revision, review, and execution of customer contracts and pricing documents.
• Review contract docs for completeness, pricing accuracy, and policy alignment.
• Support CPQ configuration, pricing, quoting, and revisions in Salesforce CPQ.
• Track contracts through review and approval, flag delays or required actions.
• Maintain contract records, approvals, and executed agreements in systems of record.
• Assist with annual rate increases, renewals, amendments, and notifications.
• Develop CPQ aids, training materials, and process documentation.
• Monitor compliance with pricing, margins, and contracting policies.
