Job summary

IntePros is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to provide operational and analytical support to the sales organization. The role covers Q2C, SAP SD/MM support, and Salesforce administration, partnering with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized, with strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales operations, order management, or related area.
• Hands-on understanding of the Q2C lifecycle, including quoting, order fulfillment, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and similar functions).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to sales management and help improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop, document, and enhance processes that support the sales lifecycle.
• Maintain and analyze sales activity data for performance reporting and metrics.
• Support end-to-end Q2C: quoting, order processing, fulfillment, billing, and related activities.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Sales for document prep and approvals.
• Process RMAs and ensure accurate documentation and tracking.
• Perform daily order updates and tracking for SAP-processed orders.
• Support quarterly backlog management initiatives and data integrity efforts.
