Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Sales Event Coordinator to help Guests plan birthday and group events, delivering a tailored, fun experience from concept to follow-up.

You will sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events, input sales data, and support with the Sales Manager to hit targets. Proficiency in CRM and Excel is expected; evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience; food & beverage or retail experience is a plus.
• Guest-focused mindset and customer-centric approach.
• Teamwork is essential for success.
• Relationship-building is critical for repeat business.
• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Excel; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of event packages and add-ons.
• Sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Input sales revenue and guest information in systems; create follow-up tasks.
• Partner with Sales Manager to exceed targets and achieve plans.
• Prospect and cold call to build new and repeat business relationships.
• Support local store marketing to drive walk-in and event sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to share strategic ideas.
