Job summary

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Administrative professional for the RNC Sales and Estimation team. This role provides centralized support for data, documentation, communication, tracking, and follow-through across sales, estimating, production, accounting, warranty, and builder-facing teams.

You will handle bid packages, pricing updates, contracts, change orders, and builder requests, ensuring accurate, current records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; relevant work experience may substitute.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records in systems for builders, customers, jobs, pricing, bids, and related items.
• Prepare recurring reports to show leadership workload, status, bottlenecks, and process gaps.
• Coordinate bid revisions, pricing updates, and release-ready documentation with multiple teams.
• Serve as administrative point of contact between sales, estimating, CED, accounting, production, warranty, builders, and customers.
• Manage calendars, meeting schedules, agendas, supporting documents, and follow-up; suggest process improvements.
