Ideal candidates have 5+ years in estimating with HVAC knowledge, plus experience leading teams and using ERP/Office tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in estimating, design, project coordination, or related construction/HVAC experience
• 3+ years leading or coordinating teams
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP software
• HVAC systems knowledge or aptitude
• Ability to manage projects and resources
• Excellent English communication skills
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead estimations team for residential new construction in Dallas, including bid preparation and takeoffs
• Provide leadership, training, and coaching to ensure high performance
• Establish standards, workflows, timelines, and QA processes for bids
• Review estimates; ensure accuracy of scopes, drawings, specs, and pricing
• Coordinate with sales, operations, purchasing and leadership to meet bid deadlines
• Report estimating metrics to senior management and drive process improvements
