Job summary

Bonitz of Georgia is seeking a Sales & Estimating Coordinator to provide administrative, sales, and estimating support for the commercial construction team. You will coordinate bid opportunities, prepare proposals, maintain records, and assist with estimating activities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities. Growth to Jr. Sales is possible for the right fit.

Qualifications

• Associate's/bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in commercial construction, roofing, or specialty contracting a plus.
• Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, and bid documents a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems, estimating software, or project management platforms a plus.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, The EDGE, Procore, or similar software a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development Support: Maintain CRM data, track leads, coordinate meetings and follow-up communications.
• Estimating Support: Assist estimators with bid packages, organize plans and bid documents, track pricing.
• Administrative & Project Coordination: Maintain opportunity logs, prepare reports, and support scheduling and documentation.
