Job summary

Ideal Building Solutions in Norcross, GA seeks an Estimating Coordinator for a full-time, in-office role. You will support the sales and estimating team, manage opportunities, and prepare pre-qualification materials. Local candidates only; on-site work hours are M-F 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Strong Excel and takeoff software skills are required. The position offers competitive pay ($45,000–$50,000) and benefits including health insurance, paid vacation, and a 401K plan with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree in construction management is a plus.
• 1–2 years of construction experience preferred or recent graduate entering estimating.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Planswift, Bluebeam, Stack or similar takeoff software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend PSO meetings to gather and relay project information.
• Track and manage new project opportunities in CRM.
• Handle pricing requests from internal teams with timely responses.
• Create and manage roofing takeoffs using Planswift.
