Guaranteed Service in Manasquan, NJ is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to follow up with existing customers, open estimates, and unsold opportunities to help move home service projects forward.

You will build relationships, understand customer needs, and present pricing, promotions, and financing options with confidence while overcoming objections and driving toward sales goals in a collaborative, customer-first team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, phone sales, or call center sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

• Home services experience is a plus, but not required.

The Opportunity

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll focus on following up with existing customers, open estimates, and unsold opportunities to help customers move forward with their home service needs.

What You'll Do:

• Follow up on open estimates, unsold leads, and past customers to close sales.

• $52,000 Annual Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Position Details

Location: Manasquan, NJ (In-Office)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Best time to reach homeowners)
