Qualifikationen

• 8–12+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Pre‑Sales within cybersecurity or enterprise software.

• Lead & Scale the Sales Engineering Function
• Hire, develop, and manage a team of Sales Engineers supporting enterprise and strategic accounts
• Establish best practices for technical sales, discovery, demos, and PoV engagements
