Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Sales Engineer - Unmanned Systems to join our West Los Angeles team. This role blends pre- and post-sales technical support for our advanced MIMO radios and mesh networking solutions, with frequent customer interactions, product demonstrations, and on-site training.

The position targets an entrepreneurial technologist who enjoys customer engagement and travel, reporting to the Senior Sales Engineer, and requiring a Bachelor’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; 2+ years pre-/post-sales experience.
• Proficiency with RF instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire; US citizenship required.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including planning and training.
• Demonstrate Silvus solutions and conduct customer evaluations.
• Visit customer sites to deliver training and support.
• Travel to meetings, events, and demonstrations (approx. 50%).
• Assist in product development feedback and field issue troubleshooting.
