Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a leading provider of advanced MANET and MIMO communications, seeks a Sales Engineer for Unmanned Systems to support customers with tailored, technically-driven solutions. You will join a team that interfaces with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to deliver demonstrations and field support.

Based in West Los Angeles, this hybrid role requires frequent travel, strong RF and networking knowledge, and the ability to influence product development. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with RF instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months; must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including system planning and training.
• Become an expert on Silvus radios and networking solutions and their advantages.
• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customer visits and evaluations.
• Visit customer sites to provide technical support and deliver training.
• Troubleshoot field failures and provide feedback to development teams.
• Travel up to 50% for meetings, events, and demonstrations.
• Support future product development and allocation of resources.
