Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Sales Engineer for the DoW segment to work with Sales, Marketing and Business Development to tailor solutions for government customers.

You will participate in technical sales, demonstrations, and support of Silvus' multi-antenna RF and mesh networking products, with up to 50% travel. This role reports to Sales Eng team leadership and enables remote work depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field with 2+ years in pre- and post-sales technical support.
• Experience with RF instruments (signal generators, spectrum analyzers) required.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Security clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.
• All employment contingent upon background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including system planning and training.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer evaluations of Silvus' RF/multi-antenna solutions.
• Visit customer sites to deliver training and support.
• Troubleshoot field issues and collect feedback for development teams.
• Travel up to 50% for meetings, events, and demonstrations.
