Accountabilities:

  • Scope technical requirements, coordinate internal stakeholders, and ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery
  • Lead development of RFP responses, pricing documentation, and Statements of Work
  • Continuously improve sales engineering processes and tools, contributing to the creation of playbooks and documentation
  • Serve as a critical voice in product planning by surfacing customer needs and aligning them with technical roadmaps
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or similar customer-facing roles—ideally within healthcare or technology sectors
  • Proven ability to understand technical product features and translate them into customer-centric value propositions
  • Skilled in managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder coordination
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools; experience with RFP management is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with occasional travel
