Your responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, delivering product demos, and guiding prospects through evaluations. This is a hands-on, high-impact position in a rapidly growing company, directly supporting the mission of stopping cyber threats before they start.

Accountabilities:
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor during the pre-sales process, focusing on cybersecurity detection and response solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure smooth communication and client engagement.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and lead proof-of-concept sessions demonstrating solution value to technical and executive audiences.
  • Guide prospects through product evaluations, aligning capabilities with business and security needs.
  • Utilize knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC) to advise clients on compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Gather product feedback to shape future development and improve customer outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years in a Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or client-facing technical role, ideally within cybersecurity.
  • Technical expertise in cybersecurity tools such as EDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and Windows network administration.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and familiarity working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • Solid understanding of networking principles (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP) and security compliance standards.
  • Ability to script and automate workflows for product demonstrations or deployments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
