Phoenix Laser Solutions is seeking a Sales Engineer to cover the USA Midwest territory. You will provide end-to-end solutions for metal addition applications, including restoration, assembly techniques and production margin enhancements.

Qualifications

• Technical aptitude for mechanical and industrial processes.
• Experience in tool and die / machining industry.
• Willingness to travel for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations and achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Grow and maintain the existing customer base while proactively generating new leads in the territory.
• Maintain CRM updates and ensure data is current and accurate.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and end users, presenting Phoenix Laser Solutions technology and products.
• Monitor market and competitor activity and provide feedback to leadership.
• Develop plans to understand customers' business and processes to increase sales volume.
• Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships.
