Job summary
Phoenix Laser Solutions is hiring a Sales Engineer for the USA Southwest Territory. You will provide end-to-end solutions for metal addition applications, restore serviced material, or improve margins for production, while delivering exceptional service and growth opportunities.
You will manage accounts, cultivate new leads, and travel to meet customers, partners, and decision-makers to promote Phoenix Laser Solutions’ technology and achieve territory targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering or industrial tech.
- Experience in metalworking or machining industries is a plus.
- Strong communication and strategic sales abilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer expectations and drive high satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow the existing customer base, and cultivate new leads.
- Keep CRM data current for assigned accounts.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and promote Phoenix Laser Solutions’ technology.
- Monitor market activity and provide feedback to leadership.
- Develop plans to understand customers’ business and increase sales in the territory.
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners.
