Job summary

Advance CNC Machining in Grove City, Ohio, is seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to drive maintenance, reliability and operations solutions for manufacturing partners. You will identify fit facilities, educate customers on 24/7 emergency service, and build ongoing relationships to solve recurring maintenance challenges.

The role requires strong communication, independent work habits, and the ability to manage a territory with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or business development experience in manufacturing, industrial, MRO, or technical settings.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop opportunities, and close business.
• Technical aptitude to translate customer problems into engineered solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage a geographic territory.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify facilities that match Advance CNC’s MRO capabilities.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships to grow opportunities.
• Identify recurring maintenance problems and propose solutions.
• Assist customers with emergencies and planned MRO needs.
• Educate customers about 24/7 emergency service offerings.
• Travel regularly throughout your territory.
