Requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 3–5+ years in pre‑sales or solution design for data centers, and hands‑on skills with AutoCAD and Visio.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5+ years of pre-sales or solution design experience in data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of data center power and cooling systems.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Capture customer requirements and translate them into deliverable technical solutions.
• Validate solution feasibility across power, cooling, space, and density for AI/HPC workloads.
• Develop Capex cost models for proposed solutions and assess risks.
• Collaborate with Design, Sales, and internal stakeholders on costing, design validation, and alternatives.
• Coordinate with design and fit-out teams to translate contracted solutions into deployment plans.
• Drive standardization and reuse of design components across the region.
• Ensure all solutions align with corporate design principles and long-term supportability.
• Build technical responses to RFIs/RFPs and write clear customer-facing proposals.
• Support sales in negotiating contracts, including technical drawings and rack layouts.
• Act as the technical voice in customer presentations and post-sales support.
