Create the Team, a Recruiting firm focused in Building Automation, is seeking a hit-the-ground-running Sales Engineer for the Sacramento region. The role targets professionals who understand BAS, DDC, and HVAC control systems and have direct experience with mechanical contracting or service.

Ideal candidates will have worked with leading BAS brands and be familiar with local market contractors and engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Building Automation BAS and HVAC control systems in the Sacramento region.
• Track record in sales or business development for BAS/DDC solutions.
• Familiarity with local contractors and engineers is required.

Responsibilities

• Hit-the-ground-running as Sales Engineer for a Building Automation client in the Sacramento region.
• Develop and close BAS/DDC solutions with contractors and engineers.
• Build and manage accounts, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

We have dozens of great clients, and this one covers the Sacramento Region (plus with other offices in more cities / states). It's essential that you've been working in this City/Region in some aspect of Building Systems and/or Services, know the market, the contractors and the engineers.
