Qualifications

• Bachelor of science in engineering or technical field required.
• 5 years sales experience in regional OEM sales or a Key Market Segment preferred.
• Knowledge of Automation and Electrification products and factory automation applications.
• Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies for growth.
• Clear understanding of sales processes and strong communication skills.
• Fast learner who can explain complex technical issues to non-technical customers.
• Willingness to present technically to clients and work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customer opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Sell AE products and support customers in automation and electrification.
• Review customer applications with engineers and propose the best AE solution.
• Determine pricing with direct customers and with channel partners.
• Provide input to sales management on policies, pricing, and market trends.
• Present technically and conduct basic product training when needed.
• Report account activity and opportunities via CRM; travel up to 50% in the region.
