Job summary

Bosch Rexroth is seeking an Outside Sales Engineer (Direct Channel) for Linear Technologies based in Austin, TX, with remote work options. The role focuses on growing strategic customers, promoting Bosch Rexroth motion technology, and expanding market presence across the US.

You will work with RKAM/GKAM, Application Engineers, and Inside Sales to drive technical solutions, manage CRM reporting, and advance sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Physics or Mathematics.
• Prefer 5 years of sales experience in regional OEM or key market segments.
• Knowledge of LT/LT portfolio and machine applications in factory automation.
• Proven ability to develop customer base and meet regional goals.
• CRM experience and ability to present to clients; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, and develop new customer opportunities within the territory.
• Promote linear bearings, ball screws, actuators and SMART systems to defined customers.
• Support growth at defined accounts with technical sales input.
• Collaborate with engineers, product sales managers and inside sales.
• Provide regular CRM-based reports and participate in meetings and events.
