You will develop regional sales plans, manage distributor and OEM relationships, provide technical support, and conduct on-site demonstrations to drive growth and meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering degree.
• 10+ years of field sales experience in industrial automation or motion control.
• Strong knowledge of motion control, servo drives, or automation markets.
• Proven consultative/solution selling skills.
• Experience with multiple sales channels (distributors, integrators, OEMs, reps).
• Willingness to travel ~50% across California.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Engineer to support pre- and post-sales activities across California, SF BAY. The role requires 50% travel.

This position focuses on growing and supporting motion control and automation customers across multiple industries, working with both direct customers and distribution partners.

Salary up to $130,000 base + Commission
