Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts by understanding production needs and long-term outlook.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the Illinois plant.
• Create quotations and support project timelines, budgets, and coordination.
• Work closely with engineering, suppliers, subcontractors, and administration throughout project lifecycles.
• Present and explain products and services to prospective customers.
• Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales activity and data.
• Process and review orders to ensure timely completion.
• Provide post-sales support and respond quickly to customer concerns.
• Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends.
• Stay current on company offerings and industry developments.
• Perform necessary data entry and reporting tasks.
